Pro Athlete to Launch a New Concept Called Nine Kitchen & Lounge

NINE will open in what was previously the Hard Rock Cafe sometime this spring.

Pro football player, Matthew Judon, is heading up a new concept in the previous Hard Rock Cafe called 9Nine Kitchen & Lounge. Judon is a linebacker for the New England Patriots, previously selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. 

Judon is working with Robert Morris and Shamar Willis, who will contribute to operational management and promotion and entertainment, respectively. Shamar Willis is the founder of Legna Entertainment, specializing in event promotion in the DFW area. He has collaborated with other big names like Rick Ross, Lab Ox and Machine Gun Kelly. 

 In a recent article from Culture Map Dallas, the team described their goals “to redefine the hospitality landscape in Dallas with core values that include compassionate accountability, a passion for serving, honest communication, diverse cultural experiences, and an unwavering dedication to providing quality dining and entertainment.”
